Supplement your usual diet in the morning with the FitLine PowerCocktail with FitLine Generation 50+ and in the evening with FitLine Restorate. The products are very easy to prepare and preparing them will become a good habit in just a few days.
Application
FitLine Restorate: One serving (1 sachet) per day. Dissolve approximately 1 teaspoon (6.7 g) in 250 ml of still water once a day, stirring constantly. Always drink in small sips immediately after stirring. Ideally in the evening.
FitLine Generation 50+ : Add 1 sachet of Generation 50+ (5 g) to 1 sachet of FitLine PowerCocktail and mix the powder gently. Only then add 180 ml (more or less as desired) of still water and stir until the powder has completely dissolved.
Recommended intake: One serving per day.
