FitLine Hair +: Fill the measuring cap twice to the mark (4.17 ml) and dissolve in a cool drink. 

FitLine med Hair +: Part your hair in the affected areas, place the application tip directly on the scalp and slide it over the skin with light pressure until it is wet. Apply the liquid after washing your hair or leave it to work overnight.
